Question Ok the first one thats been bugging me lately. What is the rule on Genjutsu in the event of a critical roll? does it do double cp drain? double stun? does it max out effects? take my current favorite for example.

Desert Wasps: the users body breaks down into sand that swirls and obscures the targets vision as desert wasps dart thru the flying sand stinging the target.

Stuns and drains 1d4 cp for 1d4.

Now if I roll a 20 does this cause the durations to be doubled? the chakra damage to be doubled? or both doubled? or just maxed resulting in a 16cp drain over 4 rounds?

I bring this up because ninjutsu and taijutsu both do double damage when crited but being as i've not seen a higher up gen user crit i have no idea what i should do in the case i do myself. I have seen jutsus that in one case went from 15 damage to 30 damage due to a crit that would kill almost everyone in the server if not knocked out due to no perma so i'm curious as to what the rules are for a critical or "perfect" genjutsu use.

Basically if you roll a 20 on a genjutsu... chance are your roll + your mod + 1/2 your level = pwn vs the other person.

Lets see... genjutsu user A. with an INT mod of 10, vs Johnny Baker Ninja B. with a Wis mod of 12.
Ninja A. is 18th level, Ninja B. is 15th.

Ninja A. attacks with a genjutsu and rolls a 20! (sweetness) totaling thier attack roll to (20+10+9) = 39
Ninja B. defends rolling a 15. totaling thier defense to (15+ 12+ 7)= 34.

TRAPPED. even without level mods, he is still trapped.

And get this... if you hit with a stun... next attack is an auto hit. ^^ Only thing that sucks about genjutsu is if you specialize in it... your defensive capabilites just became your offensive capabilities... its either hit or be hit if you are a genjutsu user.

Or ya know back up skills.. I have my int cranked way up there but my dex isn't that far behind it so i'm a fairly decent taijutsu user now as well.
