1) Power gaming: Is not permitted. Nor will it be accepted. This is a rp server. Role Play or go elsewhere.

2) Cybering: This is a PG-13 server. Please keep cybering to tells. We don't want to see it. And you don't want to explain it. K?

3) Metagaming: Any action that allows you to make any decision you would not normally make due to outside knowledge that your character would not normally possess.
Example: Walking down the street and you see someone you want to meet or rp with. You look at your map to locate the person. / or avoid them// Looking at a character name of the avatar they are currently playing and instantly knowing who they are. Unless they are friggin super man if you haven't met them or can't see their face. you don't know them or who they are. // Use of an ability or plot device not sanctioned by a dm or approved by the Dm team. ei. using a custom weapon with out actually having the item in game.//

If at any point you are caught metagaming. The following -will- happen. This is what I call The Rule of 3 Strikes:

  • a) First offense: Slap on the wrist. Possible boot if the offense is severe enough. And even possibly stripping of level or loss of RP tokens.

  • b) Second offense: Loss of RP tokens. Booted. And Character is Perma and deleted from server vault. No questions.

  • c) Final offense: Ban. Indefinitely pending 3/4 majority DM vote.

(Metagaming is serious and will not be tolerated.)

4) Entering a PC's home with out there permission. Just because you stumble on it. Doesn't mean you actually found it. If a player is caught doing this. They are subject to loss of rp tokens and boot.

5) Going into Hidden Villages. If you find a hidden village just walking around... no. Hidden for a reason. So if you are walking around sound and you are not sound... guess what. Get out you wouldn't know where it is. And you don't just suddenly follow a mystical chakra trail either Laughing

6) Enemy Villages. If you are a ninja from a hidden village and you go to a village not friendly to you. You are subject to perma.

7) Missing ninja. If you are attacked. Unless you have a medical ninja to heal you, if your hp drops below -10. You are Perma.

8 ) Levels.
  • Genin: 1- 15 (18 with chunnin exams or token buy. No levels past 18 as a genin.)
  • Chunnin: 15-25 (30 max buy with tokens only.)
  • Special Jounin:30-40(All levels token Purchased. Special Jounin doesn't require test, but meeting with kage)
  • Jounin: 25-40 (all token purchace and jounin event must be run and approved by DM team)
  • Kage-Sage ranking: Must be approved with majority vote of DM team.

9) Custom Weapons: Cost varies from 20-30-40 or more.

10) Harassment of players: If a player bugs you... and becomes an annoyance Get a screen shot of the conversation. And send it to the DM Team. The Person will be dealt with. If you are caught Harassing anyone in tells, party, or otherwise on an out of character level. Punishment will be quick and sever. Harassment goes as follows. Insulting a Player. (cause lets face it. making fun of a character is a daily thing) Skirt chasing. (annoying a person of opposite sex for cyber after they have already turned you down.) Attacking a person In-Character because they annoy you out of character. These are just a few examples.

11) Mommy daddy: If a DM tells you no. You will not challenge their authority and contact another DM with the same request. If you are caught doing this. Refer to The Rule of 3 Strikes.

12) DM's on player: If a DM or Admin is on player. They are allowed play time too. Do not attack them with tells unless they approve of it. If a DM does not say. Go ahead and ask me. Or I am a DM ask away. Allow us to play please.

13) Common Sense:
Use it.

14) Flaming: Do NOT flame a DM or player. It is wrong and shows bad sportsmanship. (penalties will vary depending on the offence)

This list is subject to change as more rules may be added at a later time.

Thank you. From your DM team.

Genin
Genin (ÏÂÈÌ, Genin? literally "Lower Ninja", Viz "Junior Ninja") are the lowest level of ninja; although, skill levels vary drastically between Genin. Genin are put in three-man cells, and are then assigned a Jonin sensei to mentor them. This is done to teach the Genin teamwork and experience true ninja life under the supervision and protection of an elite shinobi. The make-up of these teams is based on the individual skills of the Genin, so that there will remain a balance between the teams. When they become Genin, ninja start to do their bit for their village's economy, for which they are given a small payment. They are typically sent either on D-rank missions, which are the lowest rank and are almost entirely risk-free jobs of manual labor, or experienced genin are sent on C-rank missions, which are a cut above that and begin to verge on real "ninja" work, though they generally have a very low possibility of risk to the ninja involved. Naruto is an exception of this considering he is still a genin but gets sent on much higher ranked, dangerous missions.

General Info:This is usually the starting rank of characters.
Level Info: 1- 15 . A Genin can level to 18 after taking the Chunin exams, or when the levels are bought with tokens. NO Genin over 18 at all.
Jutsu Info: Level 1-15: D,C. Level 16-18: D,C, and Up to 2 B.
Normal Taijutsu Attack Damage: 1d4
Extra HP: 0
Teaching Abilities:None

Chunin

Chunin (ÖÐÈÌ, Ch¨±nin?, literally "Middle Ninja", Viz "Ch¨±nin" and "Journeyman Ninja") are ninja who are qualified to watch over and guide other ninja. Chunin have reached a level of maturity that primarily consists of leadership skills and tactical prowess. Some of them, like Shikamaru Nara, serve as team leaders in charge of small teams who need to make decisions and utilize the skills of the shinobi under their command to the maximum effect. Upon reaching Chunin level, ninja can wear an identifying tactical vest that holds ninjutsu scrolls. This vest is not required; instead, some look for more elaborate clothing like capes or robes. Chunin are typically sent on C or B-rank missions.

To become a Chunin, a Genin participates, with his or her team, in a large examination, known as the "Chunin Exams," hosted twice a year due to the growing number of ninjas. In the past, each village held their own Chunin exam. After the 3rd Ninja World War, allied ninja villages agreed to hold the exams together at the selected village that would host the exam, so villages could improve and strengthen their relationships. Another advantage is that ninja that took the exam might attract clients who are interested in hiring them. The exam is a test not only of strength, but information gathering abilities, survival skills, and adhering to guidelines. Those who have all of these qualities are grouped together into predetermined fights, watched by a council that decides who becomes a Chunin and who does not. While the winners are able to proceed to fight the next opponent, it is aptitude, rather than winning, that is evaluated to determine whether a candidate is promoted. This way even one who loses his or her first match can become a Chunin. In fact, there is a chance that every Genin who makes it to the predetermined fights will become a Chunin, though there is also a chance that every single one will remain a Genin.

General Info:This is attained if you pass in the chunin exams. Dm’s will tell you after the exam if you have passed. Upon receiving Chunin rank, you may roll in front of a dm to attain another element.
Level Info: 15-25(May level past level 25 with tokens, to a maximum of level 30)

Special Jounin

Special Jounin are ninjas who have gained high Jounin-level skills in one area of ninja arts. These are ninja like Morino Ibiki, who is highly skilled at interrogation and torture. Ninja attain the rank of Special Jounin through official appointment.
General Info: Upon reaching level 30, this is attained via a meeting with your Kage. Special Jounin may be granted squads, if Jounin squads are all occupied.
Level Info: 30-40.(All levels must be purchased with tokens.)
Jutsu Info:Level 30-40: D,C,B, and Up to Two A ranks.
Normal Taijutsu Attack Damage: 1d8
Extra HP: +5
Teaching Abilities:May Teach B rank and Under. (Including Walk on water, Tree climbing)

Jonin
Jonin (ÉÏÈÌ, J¨¬nin?, literally "Higher Ninja", Viz "J¨¬nin" and "Elite Ninja") are generally highly-experienced ninja with great individual skill who serve as military captains. They are often sent on A-rank missions, and experienced Jonin, like Kakashi Hatake, may even be sent on S-rank missions (which are considered to be the most difficult), and may carry out missions alone. They are sometimes assigned as sensei for three-person teams of Genin. Though it is as of yet unknown what one has to undergo to become a Jonin, it is mentioned in the Naruto Anime Profiles that Jonin are appointed.[page # needed] Most Jonin are able to use at least two types of elemental jutsu, have some skills with genjutsu, and have at least above average taijutsu skills.

General Info: This is granted via a Jounin test. The test can take any form, and are usually done on an individual case by case basis.
Level Info: 25-40.(All levels must be purchased with tokens.)
Jutsu Info:25-30: D,C,B,A and up to 1 S. 31-39: D,C,B,A, and Up to 2 S. 40: D,C,B,A,S.
Normal Taijutsu Attack Damage: 1d10
