Requirements: Med Ninjutsu Specialization,Heal Modifier 25, Chuunin
Benefeits: A Med Corps Special outfit,3 first aid kits added to toolbag, and Influence over Med nin NPCs.

Police Force: a Police officer in Your Village
Requirements: Chuunin, Dedicated RP to becoming a Police Officer
Benefeits: Police Officer Outfit, Influence over Police NPCs, and the Ability to put out
Warrants of a arrest for criminal activity they see ICly.

ANBU Black OPs: ANBU BLack OPs agent for your village... Skilled specialists
Requirements:Special Jounin /Jounin, Dedicated RP to becoming ANBU
Benefeits: ANBU Outfit and Mask, Influence over ANBU NPCs, Eventually earn a ANBU Caller Widget
And will be expected to undertake a regular S-Rank mission administered by a DM.

Reformed Seven Swordsman of Hidden Mist: The Top Sworsmen(Possibly women XP) of the Village Hidden in the Mist
Requirements:Mist Jounin, Dedicated RP to being a Seven Swordsman, Custom Favored Sword
Benefeits: Outfit, Ornamental Sword for Display Pourposes, Influence over Mist Jounin NPCs, and eventually earns a Mist ANBU Caller

Exceptional Tutor: like Ebisu, You train and tutor jounin in hard techniques sometimes genin and chuunin.
Requirements: Must Dedicate RP into being one, Special Jounin/Jounin
Benefeits: All DCs for jutsu taught by you are -2 in normal difficulty due to your knowledge in teaching, And you will have the ability to influence
Jounin NPCs of your village as they would be the ones coming to you for help with particularly difficult jutsu, may even tutor personal relatives of your villages Leader/Kage

Academy Instructor: like Iruka, You teach academy ninja cldarnes and get them ready for genin careers.
Requirements: Chuunin, Dedicate RP into teaching techniques effectively
Benefeits: You can teach regular cldarnes allowing you the ability to teach one signature D Rank jutsu at chuunin level at -1 difficulty and you gain influence over any genin NPCS of your village. Special Outfit

Snow Patrol: From the Hidden Snow, you patrol Spring and Tea country helping travelrs and merchants in trouble.
Requirements: Must be Hidden Snow ninja, Chuunin, Dedicated RP to snow tracking and rescue
Benefeits: Special Outfit. 3 first aide Kits added to tool bag, Influence over SNow Chuunin NPCs

Sand Gate Gaurd: From the Village Hidden in the Sand, you guard the gates regularly knowing every nook and cranny to defend your village from most any attack
Requirements: Hidden Sand Chuunin, Dedicated RP to gaurding Sand's gates and Village
Benefeits: Special Outfit, Influence over other Sand gaurd NPCs, +1 to defense Rolls while in Sand Outskirts or Village due to
your knowledge of the Villages infrastructre and buildings for defense.

Academy Student:
Requirements:You instead of starting out as genin and learning jutsu are kept to a level cap of 10th for a period of time(1 week with some DM lead RP in the academy?) and RP
Benefeits: You gain increased ability to learn and pick up jutsu training harder in the academy than your peers allowing you to gain a +1 to learning jutsu rolls and level to 18th before the exams (without tokens: IE grinding monsters)
