Jutsu/Genjutsu Ideas from me :3

Ok If I can I'm learning how to write good jutsus etc. so Ima use this place and you critic me!

I got two Genjutsu

Name: Shadow Style: Zetsumei yori Shi Kiwa (Death from four sides)
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: B
CP: 10
Description: The user would use a fair bit of chakra and send the opponent to a pitch black room with four windows on each side with bright light, but none of it coming in, the opponent would see the windows getting bigger but are not getting bigger they are just closing in, after a few second they would get smaller and the opponenet would start to be squished they would feel the pain in the realm but in reality they aren't, They would feel the blood being squeezed out and bones, and organ crushed, till there is nothing left they would be sent back to reality stunned "thinking" that pain is still there but they are really alright
PVP: Roll con for 1d4 stun DC 20, -2 on all rolls after the stun, for 1d6 rounds
Requires: Chuunin Rank Only

Description: The User would put out a fair bit of chakra to his/her opponenets direction. The opponent would be sent into a over bright realm, and would be over hot, In seconds four suns would appear in above, under, right, left from you and would have rays, and fire balls, shot right at you burning you're skin and flesh, everything it would then send you back to reality, keeping you're mind in excruciating pain as if it actually effected you.
PVP: Roll con 25 for recover of failed stun for 1d6 rounds , -3 to all rolls for 1d6 rounds
Requires: Jounin Rank
