Medical Jutsu:


First: A basic description of Medical Jutsu:
These specialized ninja are responsible for the health and well being of ninja injured in battle. Specially trained medical ninja such as Inuzuka Hana can also help the skilled animals which fight for the villages also.

Medics take extreme concentration and perfect chakra control. What does this mean? You need to focus on being a Medic.



Medic Nins


In lue of being a Medical Ninja, you give up an element affinity in order to heal in battle. You give up your first elemental affinity. Your 'second' affinity after some medical nin training, will allow your medic nin access to nifty element specific jutsu. This makes each medic nin important and unique in their specialization.

Required Heal Mod for Different levels of Med jutsu
D Rank requires a Heal mod of 25
C 35
B 50
A 65
S 80+ Depending on the Technique

(Forbidden techniques means that you aren't allowed to learn it under normal circumstances. For example, Dead Soul Technique is a Forbidden technique and therefore requires DM team approval in order to learn it.)

Note: Some disabling techniques will not work on non-humanoid creatures and summons of the like... unless the medic nin happens to have a veterinarian background or knowledge, RP appropriately.

JUTSU

D Rank Jutsu

Remove Poison Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Chakra Cost: 3
RP Description: Removes poison from a victim who has been hit with a lingering toxin.
PVP Effect: Removes poison from the target, may not be used in battle, but outside of battle is fine.
Teaching/Learning: (See Ankos Training) Require a Heal mod of 10 to learn

Healing Jutsu Minor
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Chakra Cost: 3
RP Description: A basic medical ninjutsu that heals cuts, scratches and bruises with ease.
PVP Effect: Heals the target 1d10 points of damage
Teaching/Learning: (See Ankos Training) Require a Heal mod of 25 to learn

Mystical Palm Technique
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Chakra Cost: 5
RP Description: A basic medical ninjutsu that heals , but may also be used in an offensive manner.
PVP Effect: Heal mode: Heals Target for 1/10 your heal roll but never above 15.
Offensive Mode: Dex/STR to hit .. but if you hit the oppenent falls asleep (stunned ingame terms) for 1d4 rounds. or until hit.
Teaching/Learning: (See Ankos Training) Require a Heal mod of 25 to learn


C Rank:

Healing Jutsu Light
Jutsu Type: ninjutsu
Rank: C
Chakra Cost: 5
RP Description: A Moderate Medical jutsu. Most medical ninja are at least at this level of healing.
PVP Effect: Heals 3d4 Points of Damage to the target.
Teaching/Learning: (See Ankos Training)Requires a Heal mod of 35 to learn


B Rank:

Chakra Scalpel
Jutsu Type: ninjutsu (uses taijutsu roll to hit)
Rank: B
Chakra Cost: 8 (3 per round maintained)
RP Description: Chakra Scalple is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.
PVP Effect: Okay... this has 2 modes.
Combat Mode:
Does 1d4 damage.
If it hits the users arm, it weakens them by -2 to str mod They can still cast jutsu, but it's hard for them.

If it hits the users leg, it weakens them by -2 to dex mod.

If it hists the wrists, it weakens them by -2 to wis mod.

Your targets are right wrist, left wrist, right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm. May only hit each target once.


Surgery Mode: Can fix screwed up chakra networks and such healing for 3d8, but never inside combat even with Med Specialization may surgery mode be used

Dead Soul Technique
Jutsu Type: ninjutsu
Rank: B(Forbidden)
Chakra Cost: 8
RP Description: Jump starts a near-by corpse's heart to give it a temporary life force as it attacks for you.
PVP Effect: This jutsu requires a corpse nearby. Upon useing it, the corpse rises to fight for you. It goes after you in combat. It's mod equals your mod.
It's damage equals your damage. It has an unlimited amount of hp. It has NO cp and can't perform jutsu. However, it's weakness is how long you can hold it up for.
The length is a 1d4 rounds/2 rounded down (minimum 1 round)

Sanso Tensou Jutsu (Oxygen Transfer)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Chakra Cost: 8
RP Description: Allows you to breath and transfer air into the target's lungs. Bringing them back to conciousness.
PVP Effect:Revives a KO'd target, roll 1d20. If you roll a 1 instead of reviving them they are damaged for 2d10
revived subjects are brought back with 2d4 HP
Teaching/Learning: (See ankos training) - Requires Heal mod of 50 to learn, Wind Element

Hone Shuuri Jutsu (Bone Mending)
Jutsu Type: ninjutsu
Rank: B
Chakra Cost: 8
RP Description: Using their chakra, one can stimulate the dense bone cells to regenerate by manipulating mineral(?) protein properties.
This jutsu requires extreme focus to correctly mend a broken bone,
but one can easily fix fractures or cracks in a bone with ease.
PVP Effect: Heals target for 3d8 as you mend their broken bones.
Teaching/Learning: (See ankos training) - Requires Heal mod of 50 to learn, Earth Element

Shadow Wound Removal
Jutsu Type: ninjutsu
Rank: B
Chakra Cost: 8
RP Description: Using their extreme control of chakra, the medical ninja can speed up the cells of her/his body and begin healing directly before sustaining injuries.
PVP Effect: For each chakra point added, the user gets 2 dr (damage resistance) to the next attack. Then, the user makes their defensive roll as always.
If they are hit, then they subtract the dr from the damage. IF they suceed then the chakra is expelled out of the body, and their cells return to normal.

A Rank

Ranshinsho (Important Body Points Disturbance)
Jutsu Type: ninjutsu (uses taijutsu roll to hit)
Rank: A
Chakra Cost: 13
RP Description: By touching the base of the brain stem, the med nin is able to seemingly randomize which nerve signals go to which body parts,
the result being that a thought to move a certain body part would end up moving another body part.
PVP Effect: The target takes -2d4 to rolls for 1d6 rounds
Teaching/Learning: (see Ankos Training) Requires a Heal mod of 65 to learn, Lightning element

Ninpou: Poison Mist
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Chakra Cost: 13
RP Description: A ninjutsu that changes the chakra in the body into a special chemical substance and expells it through the mouth.
When this substance meets air it instantaneousley changes into a deadly purple poison.
PVP Effect: Any roll can be used to avoid this. Dex would represent getting away from the cloud.
Str would represent being able to hold your breath while escaping.
Wis would be substitute or whatever. If the move does connect it does 1d8 poison damage for 1d6 rounds.

Cerebral Shock Technique
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Chakra Cost: 13
RP Description: You maneuver behind the target, and using your advanced chakra control and knowledge of anatomy, strike their spine with a chakra infused, open palmed attack.
PVP Effect: It takes a Dex or STR to connect. There’s a -2 penalty to hit with this. (as in subtract 2 from your total) The chakra is released into their spine,
causing them to lose control of their body and collapse for 2 rounds. Does no damage, but disables them for 2 full rounds.

S Rank:

Healing Jutsu: Special
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Chakra Cost: 20
RP Description: Uber powerful chakra is pumped out in precise manner to heal the target.. use of this
jutsu is strictly cautioned due to the fact if performed wrong you could kill the target instead of healing them.
PVP Effect: Heals 6d10 Damage but user rolls a 1d20. on a 1 it deals 1/2 that in damage instead.... if it reduces the target to -20... perma on the target is
encouraged.
Teaching/Learning: (See Ankos Training)require a Heal mod of 80 to learn



Note: Although some upper level medical jutsu are elemental, medical jutsu on average is not elemental.
