+1 to tools

The standard Yougu toolbag consists of 9 kunai, 9 shuriken, 1 explosion tag, 2 smoke bombs, 1 set of caltrops, 1 windmill shuriken and 1 set of can traps.

Kunai Barrage(C rank)(Taught by Hiro): the user makes a seal as they wing a kunai cuasing the kunai to make a barrage
that cuts and slices up the target.

Taijutsu + 3d4, Uses one Kunai from tool bag.

Rope Escape Technique (E Rank): A basic jutsu taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this technique.

Cloak of Invisibility Technique (E Rank):With this jutsu one uses a cloak or piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, rendering oneself invisible.

Doppleganger (E rank): This is a basic technique known to all genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can used to create a diversion or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones aren't real, and thus cannot do any damage.

Substitution (D rank): Self Explanatory.

Clan Jutsu/Scrolls

Basic Tool Summoning(D rank)-After performing some handsigns, they place their hand against the ground. Three kunai rise from the ground.

Adds 3 kunai into your inventory until you use them…or the end of battle.

Needle Scroll(D rank)-Unraveling a scroll, the ninja can send a wave of needles at their opponent. Does normal damage.

Caltrop Scroll(D rank)-The ninja unravels a scroll and tosses it on the ground. It puffs into smoke and caltrops appear scattered about the ground. The targets make a spot roll v.s the ninja's set trap. If it fails, the targets get -1d4 to taijutsu rolls for 1d4 rounds. Can effect up to 2 people.

Paper Bomb Summoning(C rank)- After performing some handsigns, they place their hand against the ground. A paper bomb rises from the ground.
Adds 1 paper bomb into your inventory until you use it…or the end of battle.

Windmill Shuriken Summoning(C rank)-After performing some handsings, they place their hand against the ground. A windmill shuriken rises from the ground.
Adds 1 windmill shuriken to your inventory until you use it…or the end of battle.

Twin Rising Dragons(C rank)- Rising Twin Dragons allows the user to attack their opponent with weapons summoned from two small scrolls carried by the user. When activated the two scrolls release smoke while also flying into the air in the shape of two dragons made of smoke, then the user rapidly throws the weapons as a powerful barrage. If the initial attack were to fail, the user would control the discarded weapons with wires attached to his or her fingertips for a surprise attack. Because the weapons are thrown, they are easily countered by wind techniques.

Wind jutsu gets +2 against it. If it hits, it does 2d8 damage. If the first roll misses, the next round the user can bring the weapons back towards the opponent at no chakra cost..due to wires on their fingers connected to some weapons. If it hits, it does 2d8 damage.

Metal Mine Bomb(B rank)-Unraveling a scroll, the user sends a metal mine like object at the oponent. If it connects, it does 1d8 damage. If the user blocks it, the bomb on the mine explodes, doing 2d10 damage. If the user dodges or uses jutsu to damage is given. Wind jutsu gets +2 against it.

Dragon Scattering Destruction(A rank)-
This is a stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons Tenten has only been seen using this once against a clone of herself. After removing her summoning scroll from her back, it unravels completely above her opponent which hundreds and hundreds of weapons fall and impale her opponent. These weapons can result to anything, from kunais to tiger blades or even chains. One thing is for sure, the chance of a miss is almost zero.
This jutsu us undogeable. Wind jutsu get +2 against it. If it hits, it does 3d10 damage.
