Kanya: Jonin of the Sand
Leader Of Sunagakure Medical Corps.
"The Surgeon of The Sand"

Kanya comes from no known, reputable background. Her father was a merchant…not a shinboi…and her mother was a nurse in the sand hospital. Kanya looked up to her mother, loving how she helped people..but couldn’t turn away from her father’s tales of “adventure” on the road. With these aspirations, she joined the academy. She struggled as a Genin..until she was taken under Shera’s wing, becoming her apprentice. She studied and learned under Shera, rising to the rank of Chunin. She concentrated and worked hard under Shera's guidance...working her rearend off to fill her sensai's shoes. After a lot of hard work and training, she mastered her sensai's signature jutsu. At this point it was recomended that she take her sensai's place as Junion of the sand and Head of the Medical Corps.

On a personal note, she has recently aquired a home in the Oasis. She is married to Aikanaro Nenharma, making Kanya now Kanya Nenharma.

Jutsu


E Rank

Kakuremino no Jutsu- This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible.

Bunshin no Jutsu- a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.

Henge no Jutsu- Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to tranform themself into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.



D Rank

Shunshin no Jutsu- This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Sand Substitution-Self explainatory

Flicker- User moves around very quickly.

Fuuton Wind Blast no Jutsu: Reg Roll. Large blast of wind hits target.

Kaze Kabe: Defensive. Creates a wind barrier around user, if used in desert may cause a small sand storm.

Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)(This was learned through experimentation..dm approved)- The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Fuuton: Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)(This was learned through experimentation..dm approved)- The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.

Kai(Release)- Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)(Learned through experimentation, admin apporved)

This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool. This is Kanya's signature..and she's customized it to do the following:

Statistics: This jutsu forms a long, invisible sword of wind..extending from the hand. It can be activated for more than the first round, but after the first round it takes 5 chakra to maintain. The user can make it dissipate at any time. When it is on, the user can not perform Jutsu. The blade adds+3d8 to a regular taijutsu damage roll. The defender can not block..only block with jutsu or dodge.


Taijutsu

Scorpian Style: Tail Sting Kick: Rank D. Reg damage +1d4 User jumps into air, begins spinning and comes down with chakra focused in heel, slaming the heel into the target.

Chakra Punch: Reg Roll +1d4 Focuses chakra to knuckles and explodes the chakra on impact.



Medical

Mystic Palm: D rank:
Heal mode: Heals Target for 1/10 your heal roll but never above 15.
Offensive Mode: Dex/STR to hit .. but if you hit the oppenent falls asleep (stunned ingame terms) for 1d4 rounds, or until hit.

Remove Poison Technique D rank:
Removes poison from a victim who has been hit with a lingering toxin.

Healing Jutsu Minor D rank:
Heals the target 1d10 points of damage

Healing Jutsu Light C rank:
Heals 3d4 Points of Damage to the target.

Sanso Tensou Jutsu (Oxygen Transfer) B rank:
Allows you to breath and transfer air into the target's lungs. Bringing them back to conciousness.
Revives a KO'd target, roll 1d20. If you roll a 1 instead of reviving them they are damaged for 2d10
revived subjects are brought back with 2d4 HP


Chakra Scalple: B rank: (3 to maintain)
Chakra Scalple is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Combat Mode:
Does 1d4 damage.
If it hits the users arm, it weakens them by -2 to str mod They can still cast jutsu, but it's hard for them.

If it hits the users leg, it weakens them by -2 to dex mod.

If it hists the wrists, it weakens them by -2 to wis mod.

Your targets are right wrist, left wrist, right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm. May only hit each target once.

Surgery Mode: Can fix screwed up chakra networks and such healing for 3d8, but never inside combat even with Med Specialization may surgery mode be used


Shadow Wound Removal(Learned through experimentation,Admin approved)(B rank):
Useing their extreme control of chakra, the medical ninja can speed up the cells of her/his body and begin healing directly before sustaining injuries.

Statistics: After the attackers roll is made, the user of the jutsu may choose to activate this ability. The base chakra cost is B rank(Cool. The user can add extra chakra to the jutsu, based on their rank.

Genin: Can not perform this jutsu.
Chunin: Can only add an extra 2 chakra.
Junion: Can add up to 5 extra chakra
Kage: Can add up to 8 chakra.

For each chakra point added, the user gets 2 dr(damage resistance) to the next attack. Then, the user makes their defensive roll as always. If they are hit, then they subtract the dr from the damage. IF they suceed then the chakra is expelled out of the body, and their cells return to normal.

Cerebral Shock Technique A rank:
You maneuver behind the target, and using your advanced chakra control and knowledge of anatomy, strike their spine with a chakra infused, open palmed attack.
It takes a Dex or STR to connect. There’s a -2 penalty to hit with this. (as in subtract 2 from your total) The chakra is released into their spine,
causing them to lose control of their body and collapse for 2 rounds. Does no damage, but disables them for 2 full rounds.




Genjutsu

Rakuyou No Jutsu. D-rank Genjutsu. Taught by Orichi Ausigawa- Creates a masking jutsu creating the illusion of leaves falling in a whirl wind around the opponent.

Only lasts 1 round.

S-Rank

Forbidden Technique: Life for Life Jutsu: Fully Heals Target of any ailment or malefaction, at the possible cost of the user's life. (Concentration roll no mods, if less than 10 then user dies)

Healing Jutsu: Special: Heals 6d10 Damage but user rolls a 1d20. on a 1 it deals 1/2 that in damage instead.... if it reduces the target to -20... perma on the target is
encouraged.
