Meaning: Everything he has been through and his thoughts to anyone and everyone. The loss of Chihiro put him into this bitter state and it seems that the old Handashi is gone with the blade.

RP Description: Allows basic manipulation of terrain like creating boulders, and making earth for jutsu as long as you stand on land.
PVP Effect: Creating Boulders/Rocks: 3 CP, Creating small amount of Earth for D-Rank to E rank jutsu: 5 CP, Creating medium ammount of earth for D-C rank jutsu 8 CP
Creat large ammount of earth allowing B-A rank earth jutsu 10 CP.
Teaching/Learning: (See Anko's training)- Earth Element- The initial learning would be C-Rank... it is developed further as they rank up. Chuunin could do medium creation
and jounin could do large creation. (you get it when you first find out you are earth, but needs jounin guidance to develope it.)

Shark Projectile Technique

RP Description: Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which
then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target

Water Prison Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Chakra Cost: 5 per round maintained
RP Description: utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target
into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released.
When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
PVP Effect: No Damage, User can hold the target in the prison for 1d6 Rounds, and or they run out of chakra or until the opponent beats an opposed wisdom check made each round vs the Original wisdom roll they were trapped with.

or create a slick battelfeild requireing a Dex check vs User's Wisdom check to attack or fall down unable to act for 1 round.

Evil Eye of Hate: Pain of Death
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu

RP Description: Destroys so many nerve endings in the targets brain that they rupture and bleed out the ears as they are tourtured by scenes
of things they would never want to happen to them. The result being so shattering on the brain it would kill a normal person.
PVP Effects:Deal 5d10 damage, if it KOs it would realistically kill but if perma is undesired, Puts the character in an irreversable coma for 2 days RL. The character this was used on is now unplayable until the second day elapses. DMs must be present
to use this jutsu, and it must not be spammed..... no more than once every 2 days RL may it be used.
Teaching/Learning: Must Have Heirokemi, Study under Handashi

Evil Eye of Hate: Pain of Lost Memory
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu
